How to Submit a Complaint: 

Clients can submit complaints through electronic means using the standard template, by emailing [email protected], or by calling our customer support at +372 55507015 (Estonia).

What to Expect: 

Upon submitting a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment within 24 working hours. 
You can expect a comprehensive response addressing all points raised in your complaint within 30 working days. In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be informed of the reasons for the delay and provided with a specific date for the response.
