How do I add funds to my Decamel account?
To add funds to your investor account, choose an option Add Deposit, set the amount (and if so required by your bookkeeping, you can also download an automatically generated invoice thereof) and perform a transfer from your bank or a PSP (payment service provider) account. Initial minimum deposit to the Platform is EUR 100 (one hundred euro).
How long does it take for a bank transfer to reach my Decamel account?
If you were to use a bank link, it would typically take up to 15-30 minutes for you will be able to see the deposit amount being available for investment in your investor cabinet.
If you were to use a bank transfer instead, your bank would typically transfer the amount during 1-3 business days. Please allow your sending bank at least 5 (five) business days for the transfer to reach your account, before you make enquires to the Platform regarding the status of your deposit. In most cases, the deposit would arrive and you will be able to see the deposit amount in your investor cabinet within 1-2 business days. The Platform would make your deposit available for investment as soon as funds have been credited to the Platform bank account.
What does Decamel do with the funds in my account?
All funds transferred to the account with the Platform are kept safe in an account separate from funds of the Platform itself. Deposited and not yet invested funds are available for withdrawing back the account from which the funds were transferred or to your bank account registered with the Platform at any time. The withdrawal of funds may take up to several business days after placing a request and depend on the speed of service of your bank and subject to an investor having completed profile and identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)/AML (anti money-laundering) procedure, which is imperative to make use of full functionality of the Platform.
How do I withdraw money from my Decamel account?
You can withdraw your funds at any time. To withdraw money from your account, choose an option Withdraw
and set the amount of money to transfer to your bank account. Once you complete the withdrawal steps, we will receive your request, which will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that bank transfer might take up to additional 3 business days to arrive in your account. In typical cases your funds will be sent to your bank from our bank within 1-2 business days, after which the timing of receipt of the funds by your bank is dependent on the speed of your bank. Funds are withdraw to the account form which the funds typically arrived from. Funds can be withdrawn subject to an investor having completed profile and identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)/AML (anti money-laundering) procedure, which is imperative to make use of full functionality of the Platform. You are advised to complete the KYC/AML procedure as soon as you first register with the Platform, the procedure would typically require 2 minutes to undergo profile and identity verification and about 5-10 minutes to complete the user-friendly KYC/AML formulae.
How can I add a new bank account to my profile?
You can add information about your bank account via your investor cabinet, or alternatively, top-up your deposit with the Platform for at least a minimum amount of EUR 100 from the additional bank account, and so, the additional bank account will be added automatically to your profile information.
